More great tips to lose weight.

Hello everyone, as promised I bring you more weight loss tips:

  • Eat vegetables with every meal. Try to fill at least half of your plate with vegetables and eat it. With this method you can still eat the things you would normally eat, but you will be cutting down your portions and eat less calories for the same satiety.

  • Start a "Food Diary" and write a list of everything that you eat in a day. You may think that you don't eat so much at all, but believe me, you might be shocked when you see it all in one place.

  • Don't weight yourself everyday. Everyday results are so minimal, that this might demotivate you. Track you weight every Monday or so.

  • Take before pictures! Don't be shy, if you are dead serious about losing weight, take a before picture. After half a year take an after picture and compare these two! You will see progress and you will be happy about it :)

  • Take the harder path whenever you can. Stairs VS. Elevator? Take the stairs! Car VS. Bicycle? Take the bicycle if it's possible, or go by foot. Always go for the harder option, this will help you burn more calories and lose weight faster.

  • Ditch the soft drinks. Drink water! Unsweetened teas and coffees without sugar and cream are also good. Carry a bottle of water with yourself if you must, but soft drinks are one of the biggest source of calories out there! There's ~140calories in one can of coke. Many people drink 4+ of these cans a day. That's 560 extra calories!!
