Fat Burning Recipe - Tuna Burgers!

Burgers don't always have to be unhealthy. I'd like to share with you one recipe that will definitely help you lose weight, tastes very good and will fill you up for very little calories :)

Ingredients:
  • 3-4 egg whites
  • 3/4 cup of oats
  • 1 can of tuna
  • spices (salt, black pepper, chilli, whatever you like)

Instructions:
  1. Take the tuna and squeeze out all the water/oil, until it's dry.
  2. In a bowl, take your egg whites, mix it with your spices and add oats.
  3. Add the tuna into the mixture and mix it properly.
  4. Shape 1-2 patties and place it on the heated pan.
  5. Place the patties between wholewheat bread, add tomatoes and lettuce and enjoy :)

Calories breakdown:
The whole food (two patties, 4 slices of wholewheat bread, veggies) should contain ~400-500 calories.

    another way to do this is to use canned salmon instead of tuna ***just make sure you mash it really well bc sometimes there are bones
